Tampa is a diverse city with a colorful historic past featuring a bright and modern look for the present.  Upon departing the Port of Tampa, you will travel to historic Ybor City in the heart of the Latin community and learn of how immigrant families brought the cigar industry and their culture to Tampa.  Enjoy a visit to the Ybor City State Museum as well as some of the many shops and restaurants.  Spend about 90 minutes in historic Ybor city before traveling to the University of Tampa.  Here you will visit some of the historical structures that dominate the vast 150 acres of lush tropical grounds.  You will visit either the main building that used to be the Tampa Bay Hotel, the Sacred Heart Church or the Tampa Theater.  Other highlights that you will pass by on your travels include Bayshore Drive featuring some beautiful homes overlooking the bay, Hyde Park, the Waterfront, Tampa Convention Center, the Forum and the Garrison Seaport District.  The tour ends at the Tampa airport.
