Dorothy Thompson African-American Museum
Opened in 1978, housing a private collection of African-American books, records, tapes, cookbooks, and artifacts from the 75 pioneer African families who settled in Clearwater. Included is an exhibit about Annie Sypes, a black woman who was born here and lived here most of her 107 years. The museum is open by appointment.
